What is the warranty policy of Nintendo products that AIC covers.

As per local market’s warranty policy, Nintendo Switch consoles are covered with a 2-year warranty. Warranty is valid when following the conditions are met:

• The product is purchased within 2 years of warranty claim.
• The product is purchased from an authorised local retailer; and
• The proof of purchase is available by providing original or copy of the receipt.
• The product warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.

If one of the warranty conditions is not met, then charges may be applied. Upon receiving any warranty related product AIC will inspect, diagnose and provide an estimate for consumer to approve before proceeding with repairs.
